These Easy No-Bake Grinch Cookies are so fun to make. I have loved watching the Grinch ever since I was a child and making these cookies brings back a flood of memories.
The items needed are easy to find like heart candy or sprinkles, white chocolate, green food coloring, Oreo cookies, etc. We did a similar cookie with our Polar Bear Cookies and they have been such a hit for years, or try our fun Thanksgiving Turkey Leg Candy. How to Make Grinch Cookies
The ingredients are simple and very available at your local stores. Cinnamon hearts could be substituted also. Make sure the heart sprinkle sizes aren’t too small and hard to work with.
A little bit of coconut oil helps the chocolate to harden faster, which makes it easier to work with. The coconut oil makes the chocolate act more like a chocolate shell, it isn’t necessary, but you may find it helpful.

Ingredients
Almond bark or white chocolate
Coconut Oil
Golden Double Stuf Oreos
Green food coloring or green gel
Heart sprinkles or heart candies
No need to even preheat the oven for this recipe! A simple no-bake recipe is the way to go for a fun cookie treat. Show everyone you have a large heart full of Christmas spirit when sharing these delightful cookies.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the almond bark and coconut oil in 30-second increments until melted.
Once melted and smooth, put 3-4 drops of green food coloring in the almond bark at a time until you get the shade of green you desire (I used 8 drops total).
Line a couple baking sheets with parchment paper.
Using a fork, coat Oreos in almond bark and let the excess drip off. Give it a minute before transferring to the baking sheet. I bang them ever so gently to get the excess of chocolate off.
Let dry/cool completely.
How to Decorate Grinch Cookies
Drizzle remaining almond bark/white chocolate over the Oreos using a spoon and put a heart sprinkle on each cookie.
Alternatively, you can put some chocolate in a small zipped bag and snip a corner off and use this as a make-shift piping bag to drizzle the chocolate on. It does give you more control and the heat of your hands keeps the chocolate melted.
Let cool completely on the parchment lined baking sheets.

Adding in one cookie like this to a Christmas platter will add the pop that is needed to make the whole platter shine. See the joy on people’s faces as they think of the beloved cartoon from their childhood.

Ingredients
- 24 oz almond bark or white chocolate

- 1 family-sized package Golden Double Stuf Oreos about 40 cookies

Instructions

I like to make half of the recipe at a time so that the almond bark doesn’t get too hard and sticky during the process.
When it comes time to drizzle the extra almond bark over the cookies (optional), only do 3-4 cookies at a time and then put the heart sprinkle on so that the almond bark doesn’t dry too quickly and the heart will stick and stay.
