I liked this recipe: gluten-free and no added fat, plus it tastes great. I followed what other reviewers suggested and added salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Also, I used baking powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons, instead of baking soda which gave it a rise.

So good and healthy! Added cinnamon, cardamom and a pinch of vanilla + some walnuts. Next time I’ll add a pinch of salt to I think.

Surprisingly good—especially considering how much healthier is is than “real” banana bread! I’m going to make again! I used 1 1/2 cups steel cut oats since I didn’t have rolled oats. Worked for me!

Great take on traditional banana bread! I love the fact that it is both gluten & dairy free. I used a food processor to mix the batter instead of a blender. I added chopped walnuts, mini chocolate chips, a teaspoon of vanilla creme Stevia, a tablespoon of honey & a pinch of salt. I lined a loaf pan with greased parchment paper for easy clean up. This is a great recipe to make when pressed for time. Will definitely make this again.

The oats need to be processed/ground down to 1 1/2C or you can use 1 1/2C flour of your choice (almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot flour…). Very easy, healthy and delicious!

Love it. Used mixer instead of blender and it came out with great texture. I like oatmeal to keep its shape and nuttiness. I used Da Vinci sugar free caramel sauce instead of maple syrup. Did add chocolate chips, always do to banana bread. Now I’m making a double recipe because I had so many bananas, put it in a 9x9” pan, will cut it in squares like cake .

Super easy/quick. Only had 2 bananas so threw in a cut up apple too. Added 1/2 c each of chopped walnuts and shaved white chocolate cus my husband loves those. Questioning the 35 min cooking time, so am doing mine for 45 min.

This turned out really good. It has a really fresh banana flavor unlike most banana breads. I will definitely make again.

In the pantheon of gluten free baked goods this is superior. I added 2/3 of a cup chopped pecans and a cup of frozen wild blueberries, which meant making a bowl dirty, but worth it. After I poured it into the pan I realized it should have cinnamon, so I sprinkled some on top, but next time I will add some to the blender. It came out super moist and very chewy, both probably augmented by my additions. I will definitely make this again.

Great! I did food processor the oats and use baking powder to add height to my bread. As I’m also a Noom user I opted to switch out maple syrup and use 1 table spoon organic honey and and a few organic dark chocolate chips. Delicious!

I love this recipe. I just made a few adjustments. I switched the baking soda for baking powder which made it rise a bit more. I also added my Jordan's Skinny Syrup instead of the Maple Syrup since is helped me save on calories and I added salt. I too have started Noom like Heidi below and I am looking for low calorie recipes like this one. So far I have lost 56 pounds in the past 5 months. People Noom works.

Good texture because I put oats in a food processor then added other ingredients - added a little almond milk then, honey and brown sugar on top after baking.

Easy and tasty. Could have been slightly sweeter. Maybe I will use honey next time instead of maple syrup. It was a little chewy. Baked for 35 mins.
